I am vegan (3 1/2 years) and straightedge(10 years). I am a professional cook / aspiring vegan chef. I ride my bicycle everywhere and also own a vintage Vespa scooter. I am interested in comic books, nutrition, holistic health, organics, sustainability, urban farming, bike touring, traveling. I would love to live in Japan for a year and I would also love to take a bike/train trip around the country.
