VEGEVAMPIR I am vegan primarily for health, then for anything else.
I am a vegetarian for fifteen years, a vegan last two years.
I joined to this site to find my, vegan or raw food vegan woman, which is very important that her partner is a vegan.
My favorite vegan meal is smoked or grilled tofu, mushrooms and of kernelled olives, all together prepared like stir fry , boiled green vegetables with olive oil and spices, baked batat, miso and cream pumpkin soup.
