Vegansunflower, 39

Vegan girlie from Brooklyn desperately trying to find veggie friends, for I am a weirdo to practically everyone besides my boyfriend and his family. I am socially, emotionally and globally aware yet I find it quite difficult to find people like myself...vegan that is. While vegetarianism is on the rise, we are far and few and if we aren't then I really do need to move to Watkins Glen, New Paltz or somewhere else because I'm lonely darn it! I have 5 cats and 4 dogs, I work in rescue and I love to cook and especially bake. I collect books and brick-a-brack. I love to go out and have fun. I love to dance, especially Salsa (Wheepa!), belly dance and reggae. I love oddities and being eccentric. I love music and movies. I love flowers (sunflowers esp.) and tattoos and piercings (i am in dire need of new ink darn it!). Like I said before I am looking for friends because I am taken but friends are def. needed for so many reasons because its hard to befriend non veggies because they are perplexed by us as though we are lepers and are in constant bewilderment as to how we sustain ourselves without the flesh, even though I truly do love talking about how rad we are and how it is extremely healthy being vegetarian and especially Vegan...
