Hey fellow vegans! I'm currently living in South Africa but am looking to meet the right person from anywhere in the world. I'd be willing to relocate, perhaps, for a very special person.

As my title suggests, I'm a creative soul. Writing, drawing and playing music all drive my passionate soul. I spend a lot of time reading, both non-fiction and fiction, as well as philosophising about life, society, culture, animals and nature, and the world in general. I'm a fan of literature, art and film, and while my reading tastes are mostly pretty much in the serious category, I can definitely enjoy cheesy films and despite what must seem like a very serious disposition from what I've said so far, I actually love laughing and have a very silly sense of humour (I can rattle off Dr Evil quotes with ease).

I love music of many genres, but have been playing drums in various forms of rock/punk/metal bands since I was 16. If I was pressed to name a favorite band or two, I'd probably say The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Black Sabbath and Strung Out.

I'm vegan for ethical reasons and environmental reasons. I've been fascinated by and had a love for all animals, domestic and wild, since I was a little child. I'm South African and growing up and being taken to the wilds by my parents to observe rhinoceroses, elephants, lions, giraffes, etc etc in the wild was one of the highlights of my childhood. I turned vegetarian at age 19, and became vegan 3 years ago. I think that using animals - our brethren, with their own beauty, needs, feelings and desires - as products in a system that imprisons, enslaves, tortures and then murders them is absolute injustice; I refuse to participate in such cruelty and will be a lifelong vegan for sure.

I'm a lover of beauty in its myriad forms, but especially the beauty of nature - starry skies, trees, oceans, mountains - and the beauty of art, words, music...

I'm an old soul for sure, and am a definite romantic and believer in true love.
