Spiritual Vegan I eat mostly raw, organic, vegan, alalyzing foods; and follow the rules of proper food combining. I have been into meditation, yoga, metaphysics and spirituality for many years. I am a student of and practice Kriya yoga, Reiki: and A Course in Miracles, A coukrse of Love, and The Way of Mastery, all written by Jeshua(Jesus). I have read or listened to many other channeled works including Bashar, and one of my favorite teachers, Abraham (through Esther Hicks). The exercise I do most often is yoga, weight-lifting, jogging, and hiking.
