Start with common ground. I have been happily single for a while, but now that spring is in the air I have that weird, optimistic feeling about getting out there and meeting people. I'm generally introverted but not shy. I've never been lucky enough to date another vegan and it is becoming a more substantial requirement as I realize how turned off I am by the alternative. I am not looking for anything in particular by way of a "relationship", but I like people who are confident about themselves and conscious about what goes on around them. I don't necessarily need "nice" if there is respect. I do a lot of work in the fine arts -- film, photography, theatre, etc. -- so it would be great to meet someone who shares creative interests. I usually date women, but I am open to men and trans as well.
