Ocean's Vegan Recipes I have a vegan recipe book almost ready for publication, and this is one of my recipes:

OCEAN’S ‘I LOVE PASTA!’ RECIPE

penne whole wheat pasta, cooked
sun-dried tomatoes,simmered in water, around 15
tofu, cubed
sour supreme (non-dairy sour cream alternative) 2 T.
rice butter(non-dairy butter, 1 T. alternative)
almonds, handful
garlic ,one or two cloves
stevia or honey, to taste
cinnamon, pinch
sea salt, pinch
1 t. olive oilchop almonds and garlic and sun-dried tomatoes,
toss with all ingredients and serve with a baby greens, cilantro, and raddicio salad with apple cider vinegar and olive oil dressing. Superb!
