I maintain a positive outlook in life by doing yoga and meditation once a day, pilates and plyometrics once a week and I stringently follow a vegan diet. This lifestyle allows me to be in tip top shape at all times. To add to that, I normally spend my time browsing the internet for the latest and juiciest articles about food (organic food, veganism), health (meditation, disorders, alternative medicine, naturopathy and work outs), environmental issues, science & technology, arts & crafts and languages to broaden my knowledge. If I'm not busy reading, you can find me catching up on my favorite series while munching on a huge bowl of popcorn (unsalted & organic) or you can expect to see me whipping up my a newly discovered vegan recipe. Laughing at the top of my lungs over trivial things is one of my favorite past time. I'm a straightforward person and I loathe pretense so dealing with superficial people are not one of my strongest suits.
