Mmmbocabuger! I have had a long journey of research and development in my personal life. Everything keeps coming back to the "junk in junk out" philosophy. After a long term exposure to carbon monoxide in my residence this Spring - and a weight gain related to it, I began back into a Vegan lifestyle. It's been years, but in retrospect I had my very best and most stable years mentally, physically and emotionally on a plant based diet. I'm SOOO happy to be back to it and looking forward to the health benefits that go hand in hand.
