I have been a vegan since the 1980s, and consider it to be the most important decision that I have made with my life. Food is something that I thoroughly enjoy, and I am happy to know that no creatures were harmed to fill my plate. Some of my interests include music, antique restoration, little British sports cars, craft beer, being outdoors in the nice weather, and of course vegan cooking. I am somewhat political leaning well to the left, and I am an atheist. I am not interested in sports and do not care much for television.
