Iv been a vegan for about a year and half now, was veggie since the age of 13, thought it was time to take it to the next level and havnt looked back.
I love the vegan lifestyle, found so many new and wonderful foods since converting and feel much healthier.
I also feel good that im doing much more for the planet by going vegan and knowing that the food i enjoy causes no harm or distress to any animal/bird/fish in any way.
My fave vegan dish would have to be hummous with lots of nice raw veggies to dip. Also love rice dishes, cous cous and anything with roasted pumpkin seeds.
