I recently decided to go Vegan, about 3 months ago, and do not think I could ever go back. My eyes are now open to a new lifestyle. My inspiration was through a friend who started the 80/10/10 diet. I had never given being a Vegan a thought until he educated me, and now I wish I could talk everyone to going Vegan. I truly believe that is the way we were meant to live.

My one and only Vegan friend now lives in California. I am definitely looking for more Vegans to incorporate into my life whether as friends or if I find that someone special. I am still learning the in and outs of being Vegan. Any advice or help is greatly welcomed.

I love running and endurance sports. I have run over a dozen marathon, 4 fifty mile ultramarathons, and nearly 100 plus other races over the past 4.5 years. I am just starting to get into triathlons as well. Everything outdoors grabs my interest. I love to camp, backpack, kayak, snow shoe, cross country ski, snowboard, cycle, etc .....

I am a high school teacher and love being around kids of all ages. I am a big kid at heart. I teach Physical Science and Oceanography/Meteorology. I participate in as many of the school activities as I can, and run several clubs. My job means everything to me.

I live in the South Lyon area and would love to chat with/meet some new people.
