Trying to become a vegan-help?
I'm 18 years old and been considering changing my diet for a while. Veganism seems like the best option but I'm looking for advice to make sure that my diet is effective and appropriate. I'm doing a charity mountain trek in August so I'm training for that so it seems the the right time to change my diet at the same time.
Any help/advice/tips would be greatly appreciated.
