I am vegetarian at the moment, but gradually moving towards a vegan diet, although not 100% vegan lifestyle as I love horses and would keep them if I ever had enough money.I am investigating the vegan raw food diet.
I am overweight because of medication ( I went up to nearly 16 stones), but I am trying to lose it and have lost about half a stone this year.I now weigh 14 stones.My normal weight, before I started putting on the pounds, was around 10 stone. I think my ideal weight would be around 9 stones - I'm working on it!
