I am an overweight, African-American female who desires to surrender my addiction of overeating for a new way of life...meaning to eat healthy foods that grow naturally from God's earth. I've been doing it my way, which apparently is the wrong way, but now understand the importance of changing my diet. I am looking for new friends who think like me and to connect with other healthy/spiritually minded people who are experienced and patient with helping someone else who wants to do something different that will extend my life.
