Respect for all life, the earth, and personal responsibility are most important to me. I have been a vegetarian for over 30 years, and more recently vegan. Of all the many people I have met over the years, the greatest common bond has been with fellow veg*ans.

I am a long-time activist and like to be sociable and intellectually engaged, though I tend to be a loner by nature. I especially like people who are positive by nature and willing to selflessly give of themselves, as I am myself.

I enjoy activities that serve as creative outlets, and outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking, and x-c skiing.
