Mostly vegetarian for many years, I watched Earthlings (at: earthling.com)and presto, I instantly become Vegan. I do not yet know any other Vegetarians or Vegans in my area but feel there must be some here somewhere, if only I could locate them. I'm between Fresno and Visalia, CA, on the edge of in a small agricultural city: "The World's Fruit Basket". I'm an animal and plant lover. I get involved with saving animals and have 3 little rescued pets of my own. I'm also drawn to plants, large and small, and love gardening. Well read and researched, I'm a non religious, conscientious and concerned citizen of the world; anti-war, violence and all other harmful extremes. I live a quiet, contented life but hope to find some compatible companionship through this site. I'm aware and try to stay on top of what's going on in the world at large. So I wish to find a friend that is equally so...
