I had a life-altering experience in which I started to eat raw food and just was awakened to the beauty of the environment and natural living. In addition to being a total foodie who loves making raw dishes, I enjoy working out. I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor (although I haven't used my certifications yet).
