Learning to appreciate Asian Veggie meals Spiritual, intelligent and serious minded, home based new vegetarian seeking a mature vegan/veggie, Christian male to navigate this life's journey and lessons with. A sense of humor, often born of middle aged cynicism and adverse life experiences would be appreciated. I require maturity and wisdom in a partner for a long term relationship. Tough standards, I know. Most of my adult life has been spent in long term relationships, facing down those awful 4 D's, divorce, disability in a partner, disease, and death. Boy what a test of faith. What personal growth there. I am seeking a serious minded companion to share this journey with. I do not smoke, drink, or do drugs, except vitamins. I try to live a healthy lifestyle, exercise, etc. I do not have children, therefore my schedule is flexible, but I would welcome yours. I read widely, rise early, and am looking to expand my veggie lifestyle and range of cooking skills. I enjoy cooking, reading, traveling widely, sculpture, Boston, museums, some areas of science, National Public Radio programs, PBS documentaries, and thoughtful debate and conversation with witty, intelligent people. I especially enjoy subtle nuances that may not be readily apparent at first. I have learned that sometimes you need to look hard to see the value of things. This of course is one of life's lessons. The finer things are sometimes just intrinsic , a result of something else. I also like to write very short stories and hope to write a children's book one day.
