My namie is Jamie. The last 4 years of my life have been completely revolutionary for me.
I have overcome PTSD, high levels of anxiety and also massively changed my high levels ADHD symptoms I've had since a child. This has been a tough journey and has involved changing my food, making peace with past traumas and changing my views on life.
Throughout this journey I have worked in psychology based holistic therapy using primarily various EFT methods and eye movement therapies togeather with councilling. 6 momths ago I split with my partner who I was with for 2 years and she helped me massively in my journey.
My life right now is totally different and I would like to meet someone who I can grow and have fun with.
I see the world as opportunities everywhere and would love to move abroard at some point and get involved with starting/growing and ethical based business.
