I' d describe myself as gentle, brave and playful. I' m an upbeat, positive person to hang out with.
I like to think I have a spring in my step, I want to be fit and feel alive. I try my best to be healthy.
Creativity is central to my life, as an artist- I paint and draw, and I make things, but also in my enthusiasm for vintage clothes/ old retro stuff.
Yeah, I'm feminine, I do like frocks and I love being a mum, but I'm also pretty handy at building dry stone walls.
The world we live in is important to me and I endeavour to tread gently upon it.
For fun:
I'm pretty active, regularly playing squash, going running or being bendy at yoga. I go to Jive and Lindy Hop classes. I like going out and listening to good music be it Soul, Funk, Ska, Punk, House or Disco. Climbing trees. Playing tig.
Favourite places:
Sitting in the sunshine. The top of Pen-Y-Ghent, with the clounds swishing past your head. Messing around with a fire, watching the flames dance. Sitting at the front of a tent making a cup of tea. Tucked up in bed reading stories.
Favourite things:
Wildflowers.Vinyl. TV-wise, I like The Wire, Deadwood, Firefly, Carnivale, World Cinema, any old Zatoichi The Blind Swordsman & other Martial Art Films, Studio Ghibli Films. Spaced, True Blood, Near Dark, Amelie, Bright Star, Old Sergio Leone Westerns.

Morvern Caller by Alan Warner. The Bean Trees by Barbara Kingsolver . The Black Dahlia by James Ellroy. Folk Tales and Traditional Fairy Tales.
