I have been vegan for five years and I am using my background in journalism to educate the public on animal rights issues. I am fun only on the weekends and concentrated on work during the week. I have not yet found a guy that is truly right for me because I have not yet found a vegan guy.
My favorite vegan meal is from Red Bamboo in the West Village and its vegan "chicken" parm with daiya cheese and a glass of merlot.
