I really like all genres of music and I listen to WXPN when I'm not fooling around with my iPod. My favorite, if I had to pick, would be female singer/songwriters (think Jewel, Dar Williams, Allison Krause, Jonatha Brooke) or female blues/jazzy vocalists --Leela James, Susan Tedeschi, Diana Krall, Etta James..
I try to be as kind as possible in my thoughts and actions; I'm approx. 85% vegan (I eat fish once in a while) and try very hard not to purchase anything that's been tested on animals..which is pretty hard since just about everything has been animal tested not to mention contains very harmful chemicals for humans. It's a learning process and a really challenging and engaging adventure. I've met so many amazing people along this path and I NEVER judge anyone for what they believe or consume. I'm hoping for the same consideration in return.
