Firstly, the name "Mr Abolitionist" is in reference to my abolitionist views on animal exploitation, taken from the human rights theorist Gary Francione...now that that's explained, hello! I'm Dan, I'm just finishing up an MA in Human Rights (glad when this dissertation is done) and I'm a journalist looking to branch out here and perhaps get to know some people with similar belief/ethical systems and such. I'm interested in a great many things from politics to philosophy to history etc, as well as just relaxing with a bottle of wine, or beer(s).
