I'm slowly making the transition from vegetarian to vegan, so recipe or restaurant suggestions are always welcome!
I'm currently finishing up a degree in history and I hope to go on to graduate school in the future. My specific area of focus is the American Civil War. Consequently most of my favorite books and movies deal with the subject. This is not to say, however, that I don't have other areas of interest.
I love music and art, taking naps with my cat, going to museums, having intellectual (and sometimes not so intellectual) conversations, and enjoying the simple things in life.
I don't like going to movie theaters, small children, watching sports, or designer handbags. I'm also not too fond of most desserts.
I love to think and create and share ideas and I don't like to feel stifled or held back.
