Hello! I have been a vegan for a little over a year, but started as a vegetarian about 3 1/2 years ago. It is often hard to find other people who share the same views as you when it comes to eating a meat-free/animal product free lifestyle. I am a senior in college studying Sociology and Spanish. I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I love to watch movies, read, dance, exercise, listen to music and I am dying to learn how to play the guitar and learn Italian. I love traveling, learning about new cultures and languages. My dream is to live in NYC. Just hit me up if you're interested in talking and sharing ideas. My favorite vegan meal is one that includes baked eggplant, grilled tofu and brown rice with peanut sauce. For dessert, I'd add soy ice cream and a vegan chocolate chip cookie.
