Beach Mum Thanks for stopping by and taking the time read my profile! I'm looking for a great guy who shares some of interests and who teach me s ome new ones as well! We need to start out as friends first, then see where it goes from there since every great relationship starts out as a great friendship. I attend church every Sunday and am in choir as well. I recycle everything, take my own bags w/me to stores and do my best to keep God's earth happy. He gave us this beautiful earth and wonderful creatures, the least we can do is be thankful for them. My favorite vegan meal? Since we're from the south, one would have to be Polenta w/Veggie Links sliced up in it... While growing up, we used to eat grits and sausage and since I don't any longer, this is a modified version of that! Another favorite meal since we're Italian (I know! A Southern Italian girl!) has to be pasta and yes, I make my own pasta and sauce and when I have the time, I'll even make my own bread! Oh, and for dessert, carob chip cookies... Yummy!
