Vegan Culinarian That's culinarian as in culinary as in food-obsessed. You may think you know the meaning of obsession...trust me, if you see my house and its contents you'll realize you've arrived at the pinnacle of vegan culinary obsession. It would be...what should I write...fitting that I find someone who at a bare minimum loves to eat vegan food but better yet loves to create it. I'm about to embark on a food business that may reach into the homes of every (or almost every) vegan and vegan-friendly family in the country.
Besides the whole food thing, I'm a pleasantly eccentric cinephile who also loves to read just about anything well-written. I believe in healthy lifestyle so I exercise, gobble nutritional supplements like they're going out of style, and of course eat organic pretty much exclusively.
