I recently got more health and food conscience about what I eat after watching several documentaries on food. I also started working for this awesome company called "Blend It Healthy". We make smoothies from fresh never frozen fruits and vegetables to make healthy drinks because we do not add sugar, preservatives or artificial ingredients. They are the best and I want to tell the world about us so we can help people better themselves through diet and exercise. I was around 200 lbs in Aug of 14 and now I just weighed myself and I'm 160 lbs. I have been replacing meals with our meal replacements and the weight has just fallen off me and I love it. I feel energized and finally rid of my gut.
