Do you tell others you are vegan? or do you keep quiet?
Like when you are with friends..

`Yes! It's not always easy to bring it up but I always try to find a smooth way to get it into conversation. Usually a joke. It's one of the best ways to spread the message. People usually only ever hear about the lifestyle online. Having an actual person for them to discuss it with will give them positive insight (something they might not always find online). And if you're successful with the lifestyle (you look and feel healthy), they'll have definite proof that the lifestyle is possible AND good for them.

That being said you should probably never be "annoying" with it or overtly aggressive (depends on the people/situation). It's better to be known as that likable character that just so happens to be vegan, rather than that one guy who never shuts up about veganism. Do you feel the funky rhymes I'm spitting?
