question about tofu...

the brand that they carry at the grocery store i shop at tastes kinda gross and i was wondering if a different brand would taste different or does all tofu taste the same???

It depeneds on how you are preparing and eating it. You have to press tofu and get most of the water out of it, also freezing it will give it a chewier texture. You should also marinate the tofu overnight it a sauce to give it flavor. You cane bake it, grill it, fry it, bread it, etc. Tofu is very versatile.
