Is there a substitute for honey? I have a recipie for honey mustard tofu that looks really promising, but, as a vegan I don't want to use honey. Will Aguave work?

`aGave is good. The light agave is better for tea and baking. Regular agave is better for saucing and topping(glazing)

`Hi!
You can also add a few grains of soy lecithin to any sweetener, for a slightly waxy-honey kind of texture. It is waxier the more you add, but melted, and sparse, it will impart a little more body to a thin syrup.
