Progresive Dinner party in St.L

A co-worker of mine had a idea that I would like to try out and it could work as a singles kind of party.... A progresive dinner party is when you start the evening at one persons house for the salad and apps go to another persons house for the main course and the end up at the last house for desert and drinks... This one would be vegan(of course) and on bicycles instead of in cars. We have the route planed and meals in order we are just looking to get more people involved. I will do the main course. Kinda Frenchmen go the Mexico idea i.e. Tomitillo Ratatolli and Sasion with lime wedges. send me a message or pointers if any one has tried this before. Cheers!
