|I am going to start by linking some things then i will post some of my ideas for around the kitchen:

Ok i have more just don't want to OD you at present, this should help you out in a fix
My suggestions are use fruits and veg in some curry dishes, With noodles and in salads etc like peaches go good in indian curry so do raisins, apricots and dried mango. For Salads strawberry's are nice in the mix well many berries of different kinds, watch out for the poison ones apple, orange, avocado and nuts are great and when roasted like walnuts and pecan. Just Mix it up really, herbs are great to bring out flavours or mask them too haha.

I currently do not have a vitamix so....
Sometimes i do use the juicer as a sauce maker for raw things it can be used for deserts like fruit salads or salads you can add somethings to it then to thicken it up afterwards..totally up to you to experiment.
