I don't know if anyone's been following this, but a recent decision by the Supreme Court has re-opened the legality of 'crush videos', saying that they are a violation of free speech (wtf??), and that banning such videos could lead to further stipulations on hunting, fishing, etc. Ovbiously, the comparison (I feel), is very ill-warranted and poor in taste. Most hunting is humane...and at least those animals are given some time to live in the wild. Many, including congress, speculate that there are deeper reasons why the videos are becoming (almost) legazlied...basically for fear that such laws can one day extend to factory farming.

Excuse me?????????
Hunting is humane???

Gee, then how come I don't see millions of people signing up to be hunted since it is so much fun and humane. There is no such thing as humane hunting and if you disagree then you go offer yourself up to be hunted and killed and then come back and tell us how humane it is. Hunting is every bit as cruel, inhumane, unnecessary, and immoral as fishing, meat-eating, dog-fighting, stomping small animals, etc...

To say otherwise is a bunch of BS.
